Day 31: Paid It Forward

I LOVE doing this one.

I was standing in line buying a coffee at the store. A nice lady was behind me, waiting for my transaction to finish.

It was apparent that she, too, was ready to order a coffee (or juice or smoothie or something).

As the cashier was ringing me up, I declared, “Put her drink on my tab too! She deserves it today!”

She was pleasantly surprised….put a big smile on her face. And mine!

(That’s my coffee, and her smoothie–yes, I always use a straw with my coffee [call me weird])
